The 1vest™ stands out in the fitness industry as athletes can now engage more of the body to counteract two or more forces: gravity and the more horizontal pull from resistance at one or more of the rings. This is a new fitness dynamic as the 18 rings were carefully located so that tension can be generated from virtually every angle. At any time you can self-adjust the degree of tension on the resistance cords to match fitness and energy levels by simply moving away or closer to the attachment point.

270 degree Arc Attachment   Attaching Resistance Cords

"The best workout I've ever had. Ever!"
Bob Bryan--#1 Ranked World Tennis Doubles

"The 1vest is the total conditioning package. I was floored the first time I used it."
Kate Johnson--Olympic Silver Medalist

The 1vest is the most advanced product on the market that aids in defying gravity, which is at the heart of improving athleticism in any sport. "
Dean Brittenham--Elite Trainer, Author

"Whatever angle I want to stress, the 1vest allows me to do so. Excellent product.”
Kory Bell--Sports Medicine Institute of Oregon

The 270 degree Arc Attachment slides freely along the webbing located around the lower back and to the front of the stomach. Athletes have to counter the centrifugal force by engaging their core and stabilizer muscle groups. In order to counteract this force effectively athletes are automatically forced to develop proper form which is a huge step in avoiding injury.

Vertical Anchor Point
When a 1vest user clips their stretch cord into a stationary anchor point they can move away laterally or facing in any direction. Athletes self-adjust the amount of tension on the resistance cord to match their fitness level by extending the length of the stretched cord or by attaching heavier resistance cords. They are also able work out by themselves in both office and home-based fitness settings by using door attachments.

Resistance cords attach to the rings to provide resistance or assistance (unweighting) for your workout drill. Cords are available in several tensions and a variety of lengths.

Overhead Anchor Point
When a 1vest user clips into an overhead anchor point the user can perform assisted exercises that incorporate a full range of motion. With tension pulling upwards the body weight decreases and gradually allows athletes attempting to develop the strength to perform movements unassisted such as push-ups or pull-ups. This is also excellent for rehabilitative purposes where range of motion is important but the workload must be significantly reduced. It also helps in developing the strength and confidence level of a beginning fitness enthusiast to master more complex drills such as push-ups with their hands on a fitness ball.

Lower Anchor Point
By connecting to a low of floor level anchor point downward tension is felt by the athlete. This allows for increased resistance for a variety of drills and builds muscles strength and power. For example a pull-up with a lower anchor point provides more resistance than just body weight alone will supply.

Partner Anchor Point
A partner wearing the 1vest can also function as a mobile anchor point, providing enough resistance to intensify the workload of the drill, but still allowing each athlete mobility in order to perform the desired movement with a full range of motion. There is the added sense of team bonding that builds as athletes are working together during the drills. The resistance cords can also be clipped into a center ring for as many as 10 athletes to work out together.
