Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with our products. If not, products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange credit. Shipping costs to and from buyer will be billed in full and are not refundable. On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Product Warranty
Product Warranty: All product materials and workmanship carry a limited one-year warranty against defects. Limited warranty implies normal use. Lack of reasonable care and proper storage, cleaning and use is not warranteed. Warranteed products will be repaired or replaced.

Special Orders
Not seeing what you want? No problem! Certain sizes or modifications (such as school logo sewn on) are available as Special Orders. Pricing will be set on a case by case basis and full product warranties apply. However, the Return Policy does not apply to Special Orders.

Large or Group Orders
Custom packages and pricing are available for large orders not listed on the website. Call 866-KFS-1903 to talk with a sales agent.

Terms
All orders must be paid in advance before shipping. We accept most major credit cards. We can accept company checks but they must clear our bank before shipment.

Back Order
Products or certain sizes of products may be out of stock from time to time due to popular demand. You will be charged only for those items that ship and we will automatically back order and ship products when they become available. If for any reason the products are unavailable for 30 days or more from original order, we will contact you to verify the order before processing.

Returns
Please contact Customer Service for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Let us know if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund check. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want when you return the item. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days upon receipt of product at Kinetic Fitness Systems.

Cancelled Orders
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at 866-KFS-1903 so we can stop the order. Please note that if an order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred TO and FROM your location even if the package is refused.

Internet Security
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when transmitting and receiving your information over the Internet and state-of-the-art server and information security systems to store your information. All customers have the option of placing a phone order by calling us toll free 866- KFS-1903

APO and FPO addresses
All of our products can ship to APO and FPO addresses.

Shipment Damage
Prior to accepting delivery please examine the shipping cartons for any sign of damage. Be sure to have the driver note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign for the items and contact us immediately if there is a problem.

Shipment Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Shipping Rates: The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipment

Hold
Orders are marked “On Hold” for several reasons. For example an item may be backordered, or there may be a discrepancy in the order or the credit card billing address. Whenever this occurs we place the order on hold until we can contact you via email or phone to clear up any confusion.

Shipment to Multiple Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately or contact Customer Service at 866-KFS-1903.

Shipment Address Validation
Addresses will be compared against the US Postal Service database of valid addresses. We will contact you if there any typos or errors found..
