The 1vest allows you to customize your training to your exact sport or activity and fitness level.

It can be used for resistance and assisted pull-ups and push-ups, lunges, step-ups, and squats, ab work, and more.

1vest is also ideal for balance/stabilization training, multi-directional movement, and body integration assistance. Use it as a weighted vest by inserting up to 20 pounds of weight, or take it into a pool with the flotation insert for water exercises.


By pulling the athlete in the direction they are moving the load on the body is significantly decreased. This allows the muscles to develop rapid movement, increases range of motion and improves overall quickness.

Core Strength

Core body strength is essential to maintaining proper athletic form, especially late in a game or race when fatigue sets in. By using the 1vest and resistance cords, instability is added which forces your body to engage core muscles to counter the pull and thereby strengthens those muscles. Over time you can move further away from the cord connection point to add more resistance and further develop your core strength. You can connect the bungy cord to a teammate, a doorway for individual use, or a weight machine attachment at your fitness club.

The 1vest is designed for comfort with a combination of light breathable fabric and padded neoprene so there are no 'hot spots' or chafing during your workout. By distributing load over the shoulders or across the torso, the 1vest ensures that your workout focus won't be broken by unnecessary discomfort. The front of the vest features a long velcro panel that makes it fully adjustable for every body shape.

Upper Body Plyometrics

Blast Offs. A standard push-up becomes much more effective when the 1vest unloads body weight. The extended range of motion and soft landing increases strength and flexibility while reducing the risk of injury. Plus, the unweighting makes the drill fun!

Power Pulls.
Athletes develop explosive power as they run against resistance supplied by the Power Cord. Balance and body control is improved by maintaining the same speed forwards and backwards.

Forward Spider.
The 'Sprinters Lean' for fast acceleration is quickly learned by using the SpiderWeb. This sports motion is essential to overall quickness such as baseball players exploding to first base and football players blasting off the line.
